In 2017 Ekaterina Vorontsova graduated from the Kazan State Conservatory named after N. Zhiganov (the class of G. Lastovka). At the Opera Studio of the Conservatory she performed Zhenya Komelkova (The Dawns Here Are Quiet by Molchanov) and Malika ( Lakmé by Delibes).
While still a student, she took part in performances of the Tatar State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre (Kazan) appearing as Mercedes (Carmen), Kate Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), Alice (Lucia di Lammermoor), Annie, Strawberry woman (Porgy and Bess, in concert).
In September 2017, she joined the Tatar State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre Opera Company as soloist. In the same year, she debuted as Polina in The Queen of Spades new production (Chaliapin Opera Festival in Kazan).
Her operatic repertoire also included the following parts: Olga (Eugene Onegin by Tchaikovsky), Maddalena (Rigoletto by Verdi), Flora Bervoix (La Traviata by Verdi), Khayat (Jalil by Zhiganov), The Third Lady (Die Zauberflöte).
Ekaterina Vorontsova has collaborated with Kazan State Conservatoire Symphonic Orchestra and Kazan Chamber orchestra “La Primavera”. She took part in festivals such as the Kazan Autumn (with Tatarstan National Symphony Orchestra, conductor Alexander Sladkovsky, 2016) and White Festival in Novosibirsk (recital with Chamber orchestra of Novosibirsk State Philharmonic, conductor Alim Shakhmametiev).
In November 2017, Ekaterina Vorontsova made her Bolshoi Theatre debut as Dorabella (Così fan tutte by Mozart).
Since 2018, she has been a soloist with the Bolshoi Theatre Opera Company.
