16 October 2016, SundayTonight, on October 16, "Manon Lescaut" opera by Giacomo Puccini will premiere on the Historical stage. Adolf Shapiro directed the performance, and Jader Bignamini will conduct premiere series. The main parts will be performed by two opera superstars - Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov, whose careers are followed with unflagging attention by opera buffs all over the world. For Anna Netrebko this will also become her debut in The Bolshoi performance. Also appearing in the first series of première performances are Ainhoa Arteta, a leading Spanish soprano, and the Italian tenor Riccardo Massi.
