The Snow Maiden in the interpretation of the Kostroma Ballet is a multimedia choreographic fairy tale based on the myths of the ancient Slavs, Russian folk tales and the plot of the play of the same name by Alexander Ostrovsky. This is a dramatic and, at the same time, a life-affirming story, a fairy tale that is suitable for all ages. It is a tale where good triumphs over evil; sparkling folk humour helps to overcome difficulties; and love creates true miracles.
